Return and Exchange Policy (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

At Elm on the Beach, we strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made 5 to 9 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 4 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be communicated to us via email or WhatsApp.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Modifications

• Booking dates may be changed once (subject to availability) if requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
• Any difference in rates for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
